BusyDays is a trade name of NEO Commerce BV. In this privacy statement you can read which personal data we process when you visit our website, book an intro call or are a client, why we do so and what your rights are.
In short. We only process what’s necessary and never sell your data. We only place analytics and marketing cookies with your consent.
01Who is responsible.
NEO Commerce BV, trading under the name BusyDays, is responsible for the processing of personal data as described in this privacy statement.
NEO Commerce BV Desguinlei 210, 2018 Antwerpen Company number BE 0759.701.822, RLE Antwerp hello[at]busydays.eu For questions about privacy or your data, you can reach us at that email address.
02What data we process.
We process personal data that you give us yourself, or that is created when you use our website or services:
- First and last name.

- Location data, such as the region from which you visit our website.
- Data about your activity on our website, such as the pages you view.
- Your IP address, web browser and type of device.
If you request a quote through our website, we receive the details you enter in that form. If you book an intro call, you do so through the embedded Calendly calendar on the same page.
03Why and on what basis.
We process your data for these purposes:
- Scheduling and preparing your intro call, preparing your quote and answering your question. Based on your request and our legitimate interest in helping you.
- Providing our services and following up on our work together, including reporting. Based on our agreement with you.

When we process personal data on behalf of a salon that is a client, for example data about visitors to that salon’s website, we do so as a processor. The salon is then responsible for that data. The arrangements for this are set out in our terms and conditions and in a data processing agreement.
04Minors.
Our website and services are intended for salon owners. We do not intend to collect data from people under 16 without the consent of a parent or guardian. However, we cannot verify the age of visitors. If you think we do hold such data, let us know via hello[at]busydays.eu and we will delete it.
05How long we keep data.
We don’t keep your data longer than necessary for the purposes for which we collect it. Data from an intro call that doesn’t lead anywhere is deleted once we no longer need it. Data we have to keep for our accounts and invoicing is kept for as long as the law requires.
06Sharing with third parties.
We never sell your data. We only share it when that’s necessary to perform our agreement with you or to meet a legal obligation. For this, we work with service providers who process data on our behalf, such as:
- Calendly, to schedule intro calls.
- Formspree, to receive quote requests sent through our form and forward them to us.
- Cloudflare, for hosting our website and the spam protection of the quote form (Turnstile).
- Our hosting and email providers.
- Our accountant and accounting software.
- Google, for website statistics and advertising, and when we manage ads for you as a client.
- Meta (Facebook and Instagram), for advertising.
With service providers who process data on our behalf, we make agreements that guarantee the same level of security and confidentiality. NEO Commerce BV remains responsible for that processing. If a service provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, this happens with the safeguards the GDPR provides for.
